Employment Type: Full Time

Salary/Compensation: Wage is $20:00 per hour for 30 to 40 hours per week.

Languages: English Language

Experience: 7 months to less than a year

Education: college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a 1 to 2-year program.

Specific Skills – Field Crops: vegetable pruning.

Experience with equipment and machinery: vegetable or fruit harvester; tractor; harvesting equipment

Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and biosecurity procedures

Maintain quality control and production records
Coordinate and supervise the work of general farm laborers and harvest workers
Developing work plans and establishing procedures

Monitor and supervise breeding and other livestock-related programs
